transparency. On this occasion, there are two versions of the
Report: a printed Executive Summary and this full online
version.
Telefónica's CR Report is part of a communication structure
which includes this overall Report and local Reports of our
performance in Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Central America, Chile,
Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, United Kingdom,
